1. Subscription Refunds

No Refunds for Used Services: Weviia does not offer refunds once AI services have been accessed or used. Refunds for Unused Subscriptions: If you purchased a subscription but did not use the services, you may request a refund within 7days from the purchase date. Renewals & Cancellations: Subscription renewals are non-refundable. Users must cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

2. Refund Process To request a refund:

Contact team@weviia.com with your payment details. Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Exceptions Refunds may be granted under special circumstances, such as:

Duplicate charges. Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification). System errors preventing service access. 4. Chargebacks & Disputes If a chargeback is filed without first contacting our support team, Weviia reserves the right to suspend the account.
